Basic Animal Trapping (Raccoons, Opossums, Skunks, Squirrels & Rabbits)
$225 for a 2-week trap rental. $100 per animal removed. Trap resets and rebaiting are included with removals. Non-removal service calls (rebaiting or repositioning) are $50.
Evictions (Crawl Spaces, Attics, Tight Areas)
For family units or multiple animals in enclosed spaces. Trapping is ineffective. We use pheromone treatment to drive them out. Flat rate: $525.
Gopher / Mole Control
Initial setup: $225. $10 per trap (typically 4 for residential). Poison or gas: $20-$40 depending on area. Follow-up visits: $125. Most cases require 2-5 visits based on activity level.
Coyotes
1-month trap rental: $525. $250 per coyote removed. Trap service (rebaiting or non-target release): $100.
Snakes
Initial visit: $225 (credited toward “On-The-Spot” removal). “On-The-Spot” removal: $225-$525 depending on risk. Snake traps: $50 each. Deterrent application estimates available upon request.
Birds
For roosting issues: trapping, deterrents, netting or spikes (quote provided). For indoor flight issues: “On-The-Spot” removal: $225-$525.
Birds & Squirrels in Chimneys or Vents
“On-The-Spot” removal: $225-$525 depending on accessibility and scope.
Inspections
$225, applied toward any service needed: trap rental, eviction, dead animal removal, “On-The-Spot” removal and/or rodent service.
Dead Animal / On-the-Spot Live Removal
Inspection: $225, applied toward total. Final cost: $225-$525 depending on complexity.
Bats / Bees
For bats inside structures or active bee situations, removal ranges from $225-$525. Other cases are quoted upon inspection.
Animal-Proofing, Cleanups, Disinfection
Quoted “On-The-Spot” based on labor and materials after full inspection. Varies by number and size of entry points.
