How can I not brag after the amazing service from trapper Scott. I placed my service call with a very friendly gentlemen on the phone, within minutes had Scott call me to schedule service. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and gave me reasonable pricing compared to the other quotes I got elsewhere. Five stars for sure!

Wonderful Company-I work in Property Management with several hundred properties-they are our go-to people when we have these problem situations.

Unless something REALLY upsets me about service that I purchase I am VERY slow to write and post complaints. I figure that most people are working hard to make it, and ANYONE can do something wrong. But if, in addition to that, the person's attitude is bad, I WILL write an honest, but bad review.

On the other side of the ledger, MOST service is decent. If that is the service that I buy, I generally say nothing. But it happens that, occasionally, someone who is doing a service that I am paying for delivers SUCH a good experience, is SO nice and, on top of that, obviously competent, I will, at first opportunity, write a "thank you" review.

Today was one of those great experiences. The gentleman who came here from All City Animal Trapping, Robert, the "Trapper" (Trapper John??!!) has got to be at the top of the list (with a few others) of providing the best service I have ever received. This guy knows his stuff. He struck me as the kind of person who, no matter what it is that may be going on, no matter how difficult or unpleasant the job that he has to do, maintains a happy, friendly demeanor. He is the kind of person whose obvious competence, along with his friendly conversational manner, creates an air of safety. While he was here, I had no doubt that he was going to do a great job. He made me feel like I was dealing with someone at the top of his trade.

I know I'm gushing a bit, but we are living in a time in which it seems to be popular to complain, make wrong, find SOMETHING to complain about. It pleases me greatly to be able to write and post a huge WELL DONE!!!! for a service person. Having owned my own business I know how valuable is an employee who can engender this type of commendation. A person like Robert cannot be paid enough to equal the amount of goodwill that he brings to his employer.

Truthfully, I hope that we manage to catch the critter who seems to have set up housekeeping under our house. But, whether or not we do, I will feel that I have received service in excess of what we paid. That is called EXCHANGE IN ABUNDANCE. All City obviously believes in the value of us, their customers. And Robert? I wish I still owned a business. I would steal him away from All City in a split second!!

There is one other thing that I should not fail to mention. This was actually a HUGE part of the reason that I am so pleased. I know that Robert does not work for Mike Diamond, but he absolutely qualifies to work there. He actually SMELLS good!!!!

I had a situation which under the house which required my calling All City Animal Trapping. I would like to thank Travis for his quick response, pleasant demeanor, and pro-active attitude which made the process much easier to handle. All City did a fantastic job trapping for us at a commercial property we service for a long time customer of ours. All City responded quickly when they were alerted that one of the traps had an animal in it. Our customer was happy, which made us happy. Quick and friendly service. Reasonable rates. We would not hesitate to refer anyone needing trapping services to All City. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

Great service, only company to call me back over the holiday weekend. Vick explained everything thoroughly and sent Andrew out within 4 hours. He remedied the problem very quickly and was very fair on the price, explaining everything. High recommended.

Quick response. I called in the afternoon and Andrew came out to do a quick assessment of the mice/rat droppings. Said he would be back in a couple of days to patch some holes/gaps and set up some traps. Nothing happened in a week, I called Andrew again, he came out to set up snap traps. That evening we went to look at the traps and there was the rat, snapped up in the trap. Ugly looking thing! Thank you Andrew! He is very professional, knowledgeable and polite to explain things for me.
